Much like the meltdown caused when it was announced M&M’s are not halal (in some countries), Twitter is in a state of shock after an Oreo debate.
Following a confirmation that Oreos produced in the United States and Canada are NOT halal, reps for Oreo in this region issued a statement assuring customers that all Oreo products are made and sold in the GCC are halal…Phew!
