A 14-Year-Old Girl Has Been Saved From A Prostitution Ring In A Dubai Apartment
A 14-year-old Asian girl who was forced into prostitution, has been rescued by Dubai Police.
The girl had been kept against her will for two months before she was found. Police were alerted to her imprisonment and swooped on a Dubai apartment where a Bangladeshi man and woman were reportedly running a prostitution service.
Other women were present at the apartment where the girl was found, according to a report by the Khaleej Times. The report suggests the girl had been brought to Dubai on a false passport, arranged by her uncle.
The girl was forced to see clients four times a day, despite fighting for her release.
Dubai Police have ensured the girl has been transferred to a safe environment
The girl has been brought to Dubai Foundation for Children and Women Care, where they will care for both her mental and physical health. Dubai Police have described the case as deplorable.
