The Dubai RTA raised AED25 million in its 96th Open Plates Auction
The Dubai Roads and Transport Authority, RTA, raised a total revenue of AED24.8 million at its 96th Licensing Open Plates Auction held on Saturday, with some big spenders coming along.
A total of 80 plates were put under the hammer at an event held at the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel
The license number R 111 was sold for a whopping AED2.65 million, while the license number F 999 generated an income of AED1.06 million.
The license numbers M 7777 and N 1000 were each sold for AED800,000.
