HH Sheikh Hamdan Tweeted He’s Honoured To Represent The UAE At The WEF In Davos
Every year, the World Economic Forum meets in Davos, Switzerland.
The independent event is attended by international business, political and societal leaders, with representatives from both the public and private sectors. The meetings discuss global issues in the public interest with the aim to drive progress and influence positive change.
And this year HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum will head up a delegation there. The UAE will participate in 10 sessions between January 22 and 25.
It is an honour to represent the UAE in international forums. I am proud to head the UAE delegation to the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos, Switzerland. The UAE is participating in 10 main sessions (22-25 January) that discuss global challenges.

The UAE is keen to contribute to international issues
HH noted the UAE is keen to contribute to the enhancement of international cooperation and global efforts that aim to benefit humankind.
This year’s theme is the opportunities and challenges posed by the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the UAE will participate in ten sessions focused on economy, advances in science, space, artificial intelligence, the environment, entrepreneurship, competitiveness in the digital age, space exploration, Arab entrepreneurship and the global food system.
The UAE is keen to contribute to the enhancement of international cooperation & global efforts that aim to benefit humankind. It is thus essential to support platforms such as the World Economic Forum that seek to tackle future global challenges.
