So HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, ruler of Dubai, was eating out in Dubai at the same spot as well known Egyptian actress Ghada Abdel Razek, and he did as any fan/friend would do and went up for a casual greeting.

Her friends are clearly delighted with the acknowledgment, as you would expect, there are plenty of giggles and the phones were immediately whipped out to record the whole thing. Butthe actress, who recently won the Murexdor award as the Best Actress in the Arab World played the whole situation pretty cool.
