The TRA Is Auditing Etisalat And Du Customer Service Centres In An Aim To Make People Happier With Services
The Telecommunications Regulation Authority is evaluating the service at du and Etisalat customer-service centres as part of a happiness initiative for residents.
The programme aims to unify service standards, upgrade the quality of the centres, and "motivate the licencees to launch innovative services that meet customers' needs" according to national news agency WAM.
40 centres were evaluated by the TRA as the initial phase, and more are set to come.
Hopefully the initiative will encourage the two comms giants to upgrade and improve some of their systems, with many sharing memes on the lack of customer service
Yesterday du telecoms suffered outages on selected lines for several hours
Due to 'service degradation' which enraged many customers.
