UAE Has Been Working With Bill And Melinda Gates Foundation For A Very Good Cause And It Is Trending On Social Media
Last month it was announced that Bill Gates will be coming back to UAE for a summit that will mark the growing role Abu Dhabi is playing in global public health.
The summit, Reaching The Last Mile, launches today and will bring together more than 200 global health leaders to fight diseases in developing countries
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, tweeted last night about the event.

Since 2011, Sheikh Mohammed has personally committed US$235 million to global efforts to infectious diseases, with the UAE prominent in campaigns to end polio, which is now restricted to a handful of cases in Pakistan and Afghanistan.
Smallpox was eradicated in 1980, and diseases like polio could be next!
