UAE Residents Are Some Of The World’s Highest Spenders On Beauty Products…OOPS!
According to an annual report from Euromonitor which looks at beauty product spend internationally, Dubai residents have ranked as the seventh highest spenders on beauty products in the world.
The figures were released at the Beautyworld Middle East 2017 exhibition, which took place in the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre.
UAE residents spent AED 878 per person on beauty products in 2016

The beauty industry in the UAE is booming
Looking just at the Dubai figures, the city traded AED 20.7 billion in perfumes and cosmetics last year, while the MENA region as a whole spent AED110 billion on beauty and personal care products in the same time period.
