UAE Is Getting A New Museum That Celebrates Its History And Sheikh Mohammed Is Asking Everyone To Share Their Stories

Today, His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, vice-president and prime minister of the UAE and ruler of Dubai announced that Eithad Museum (aka Union Museum) will open on 2 December (UAE's National Day).

The museum will highlight the journey of the UAE. It will showcase the dedication, commitment and patriotism of the nation’s founders. It will celebrate the country

What to expect?

Experience-driven exhibitions, interactive programmes and education initiatives that explore the chronology of events that culminated in the formation of the UAE in 1971.

His Highness wants residents to share anything they can related to the story of the Union - pictures, documents and even memories
