Unmarried Couple Caught Having Sex In A Car Near A Dubai Beach
An unmarried Japanese couple were found having sex in a car in the the Al Sufouh area in March this year.
An off-duty policeman apprehended the couple, who were found in an indecent position. The police officer reported the incident to Police Operations according to a report fromĀ Gulf News.
The 41-year-old Japanese man told the police that he and his 28-year-old friend felt ill following dinner and alcoholic drinks at the Madinat Jumeirah so they drove towards the beach, removed their clothes and attempted to throw up to feel better, they did not have sex according to the man.
Both parties will be deported.
The woman was later fined AED 2,000 for the alcohol consumption while the man was acquitted of that charge.
The couple entered a guilty plea before the court and were each handed a one-month suspended imprisonment, the couple are expected to appeal this sentence.
