Motorists have been urged by the The National Centre for Meteorology and Seismology (NCMS) to drive safely by exercising caution, reducing speed and leaving enough distance between vehicles. Due to an active northwesterly wind that is causing dust to stir, visibility on roads will be reduced. Also, in light of Ramadan, careful driving is now more important than ever. On Monday, the first day of the holy month, there were 250 reported road accidents.

According to the Centre, weather will be a bit wet tonight along the west coast and there wil be a steady decrease in the temperature on the coasts.
