You Can Now Sign A Wall In Dubai To Thank The Armed Forces
The Etihad Museum in Dubai is inviting people of the public to come by and sign a special wall dedicated to those who protect and serve for the country.
Called the “Thank You Wall,” it’s part of the museum’s military exhibition aimed at commemorating all the protectors of the nation – those have given and those who have sacrificed.
This ingenious way to remember those who have served the UAE and to praise the current soldiers, is located inside the ‘Protectors of the Nation: Sacrifice and Giving’ exhibition hall.
To spread positive values
With the help of Dubai Culture, the purpose behind this wall signing is to mark a reminder to every soldier who has dedicated or is dedicating his life for the country.
It also aims to teach the public about honour, patriotism, tolerance, brotherhood and bravery from the nation’s military services.
The Year of Zayed
2018 marks 100 years since the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan was born, the Etihad museum has been featuring lots of artworks dedicated to commemorate this historic occasion and the UAE’s Founding Father.
