STEP Conference 2019 is happening on February 13-14 and will see a stellar gathering of tech startups, investors, entrepreneurs, and influential speakers all around.
The annual festival will take place for two days at Dubai Internet City, and the itinerary for each day is jam-packed with brand activations, live entertainment, showcasing of newest innovations; and the experience of listening to some of the brightest and experienced mentors (and investors) of the region.

2. Jenny Zeng – MSA Capital
Jenny is heralded as one of the organisers of the first series of Angel Investing events which started the concept in China. She is also the MSA Capital Managing Partner with 18+ years of experience in the Chinese VC industry.
3. Padmini Gupta – Go Rise
Go Rise is a platform which democratises access to essential financial services for millions of migrants globally.
She is also an an award winning Banker from California and World Economic Forum Global Leadership Fellow.
