Avatar

Every year, thousands of people flock to Dubai Media City Ampitheatre, for Taste of Dubai.

There’s so much happening, and the 2018 edition is no exception, happening on March 8-10.

It’s a beautiful day out, on the grass, in the sunshine – and here are just a few of the wonderful things you can look forward to at this year’s Taste of Dubai.

1. The celeb chefs

Every year, plenty of celebrity chefs, including Eric Lanlard and Jenny Morris to meet and greet, do cooking classes, and learn about culinary skills and tricks.

2. Sister Sledge is performing

The beloved Sister Sledge is signed on to perform at Taste of Dubai, and it’s going to be monumental.

3. Join a cooking challenge

The cooking challenge returns this year and you can totally show off your cooking skills alongside your favourite chefs.

Jenny Morris, Reza Mahammad, Sanjeev Kapoor, Eric Lanlard, Jun Tanaka, Valentine Warner and Annabel Karmel are there to assist you in completeing your dish. Final dishes will be judged and winners will be announced.

4. Celebrity Tasting Table

This feature is newly exclusive to this year’s food festival – a selected few can chat with their fav cook and try out delicious masterpieces made and served at the celebrity chef’s tasting table.

This is available exclusively for VIP ticket holders but if you register early you might be chosen to find out hidden tips as you dine like a celebrity.

5. The FOOOOOOD

We couldn’t very well not include the incredible foodie offerings.

Taste of Dubai is ideal for getting samples of what some of the city’s best restos offer.

You will find over 100 signature dishes to sample from and an abundance of your favourite restaurants to indulge at – Nobu, Burger&Lobster, Couqley, Royal Orchid, Guy Fieri’s Kitchen & Bar are just to name a few.
