The UAE And The World Has Lit Up In Solidarity Of The Manchester Attack
The Burj Khalifa and several buildings around the UAE were lit up with the Union Jack on Tuesday evening, in solidarity of the Manchester Arena attack, where 22 people were brutally killed.
The Burj Khalifa was illuminated, with many residents touched by the gesture.
The news was shared globally, with UAE buidings featured in international press including the Telegraph.
In Abu Dhabi, several buildings were illuminated, including Emirates Palace, Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi and The Galleria in Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi Global Market, Abu Dhabi Marina Mall, Hyatt Capital Gate, ADNOC, the Sheikh Zayed Bridge and Hazza bin Zayed Stadium.
HRH Princess Haya shared a tribute to the people of Manchester on Tuesday afternoon.
