Revive’s General Manager, Luka Jurkovic, who was also an ex-car race engineer and professional driver realised that what worked for human athletes could also work for racehorses.
Some of the benefits of Cryotherapy include helping reduce swelling, inflammation and muscle spasm for competition horses. Recovery time for racehorses are also faster, giving time to improve strength and speed because the therapy raises adrenaline, testosterone and endorphin levels.
