Meditation Guru Anjaan Busts Some Deep-Rooted Myths About Yoga And Reveals The Power Of Supreme Focus

The first thing you’re told when you board a plane is that ‘always put your oxygen mask on first before you help others,’ well Anjaan AKA Meditate with Anjaan is here to tell you EXACTLY that and why.

Born into a Vedic family, Anjaan has been living the yogic ways from the age of 5 and is a certified Yoga Massage therapist and a Reiki 3rd Degree healer. He is also a martial arts coach (10th Dan Black Belt), ordained Zen facilitator, He has also been trained in multiple healing modalities including polarity therapy, myofascial release and Kundalini Tantra massage.

From 2006, when he had a Kundalini Awakening, Anjaan has consciously immersed in the traditional spiritual sciences and has ardently studied tantric, Vedic and ancient traditions to help better himself and to help those around him discover themselves through simple deep introspection and awareness.

The enlightened guru, who is far from anything materialistic (unlike the best of us) tries to explain the power of focus and meditation, and how an energetically uplifted spirit can only manifest the best for themselves and for those around them.

“Healing is being in a state of equilibrium.”

Explaining how motivation and the sense of negativity or positivity usually ‘fizzles’ out, Anjaan clarified how entering a space of supreme wellness and mindfulness is essential to leading a full, balanced and content life.

Anjaan has advocated his life to optimum health and wellbeing.

“Meditation for me something you do, it’s not a verb. In fact, the Sanskrit word for meditation is ‘Dhyaana’ that went to China and became ‘Chensi’, which went to Japan and became ‘Zen’”

Busting some myths around meditation, Anjaan went on to explain that,

“Dhyaana (to meditate) simply means to have a one-pointed focus. That means you can meditate when you’re eating; called mindful eating. You can meditate when you’re walking when you’re talking to someone when you’re driving.”

The Kundalini Therapist and meditation guru wrapped up his interview by leaving the Lovin audience with a quick food for thought, by revealing that the secret to happiness is to ‘detach yourself between having and owning because if you own it, it ends up owning you!’
