Hundreds Of Camels Have Died In The Fall Out Between Qatar And Gulf States

Hundreds of camels stuck on the Qatari border have died of starvation with no access to food or water. 

The animals were reportedly stuck in the middle no-mans-land between the Saudi Arabia-Qatar border caught up in the Gulf fall out. 

They were expelled from Saudi Arabia during the severing of diplomatic ties with Qatar, but were unable to cross into Qatar due to restrictive opening hours at the border. 

Several thousand still remain at the border.
