Qatar Has Banned Certain People From Travelling In Regards To The Gulf Fall Out

Reports have surfaced that Qatar has banned residents and nationals from travelling outside the country, in regards to an expected fall out for Gulf countries. 

Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Bahrain and Egypt have given Qatar an additional 48 hours to comply with the 13 demands issued by the four countries, in regards to the Gulf fall out. 

While the reports state residents and nationals have been banned from leaving Qatar, sources living in Doha have explained that not all residents and nationals are banned – just ‘key people’. 

A source in Doha told Lovin Dubai: “It’s true that they are keeping key people here but nothing as severe as this article is making out.”

He added that people he knew had left the country as recently as Saturday.
