You can enjoy organic dates (Bateel’s specialty of course), and sparkling date juice to start with – breaking your fast.
To follow, a selection of warm soups whether you love the classic lentil, or prefer asparagus or mushroom soup.
Once you’re done with the soups, salads will commence, a choice of qunioa tabbouleh, or Mediterranean farro salad.
