Farewell Old Friend: Round Table Pizza Has Just Shut Down For Good
Seven branches of Round Table Pizza have shut down in Dubai with no official comment or explanation from the franchise.
A quick search reveals each of the restaurants are now permanently closed, following a Gulf News report on the closure that was published over the weekend.
The reasonably priced pizza place is a US export that found its roots in San Fransisco in 1959 and since then has become a globally recognisable franchise.
International reports claim the brand has been taken over
It was announced over the weekend that Global Franchise Group had acquired the much loved pizza brand.
