NYC’s beloved Black Tap has changed the burger and beer scene in Dubai since it made its debut back in 2016.
Not to forget its gravity-defying CrazyShakes that have taken Instagram by storm.
And now it’s upping the ante by serving up a DREAMY breakfast menu that will turn you into a morning person.
That’s right, you can now add all the venues of Black Tap, both in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, to your breakfast agenda.
Available from April 5 only on WEEKENDS, Black Tap will be whipping up a sensational breakfast menu.
The new menu is packed with all-American classic dishes
From Eggs Benedict to pancakes….sprinkled with a touch of that Black Tap magic. But this is Dubai, and things aren’t ordinary here.
So, you can find slow-roasted beef, smoked salmon and spinach mixed with the classic eggs benny, as well as a mouthwatering option of orange, cranberry and ricotta pancakes alongside the OG buttermilk pancakes.
Heaven.
Now, this is where things get interesting.
Our favourite from the menu, chorizo breakfast tacos is exactly what DREAMS are made of.
Think homemade chicken chorizo with scrambled eggs, chipotle mayo, avocado, Mexican hot sauce, cilantro crammed with the cheesy goodness of pepper jack and feta cheese.
Yummm….
For people seeking comfort, how does fried chicken and waffles sound?
Blueberry waffles meet fried chicken thigh, and the entire thing is dipped in maple and honey butter and served with smoky bacon and fresh berries.

Hold on, we haven’t even come to the best bit yet. Gourmet sandwiches make for a whole meal of its own here- all served with hash browns, French fries, or a side salad
There’s Broome Street made of beef bacon, egg and cheese mixed with a special sauce, and Baja Breakfast that includes eggs, pepper jack cheese, beef bacon strips, salsa verde, pico de gallo, chipotle mayo and cilantro.
We’re already salivating!
A delightfully American spread but no mention of avo on toast? Impossible!
Black Tap’s version of avocado on toast features a multigrain bread slathered with guac, cilantro, fresh lemon and eggs your way, served with a choice of your salad.
