Du Tough Mudder Is Coming Back And It’s Bigger And Muddier Than EVER
If you’ve got a lazy weekend in mind, think again. It’s time to buckle down and start training, because du Tough Mudder is coming BACK – and boy, is it bigger and better.
du Tough Mudder is possibly the most exhilarating and adrenaline-pumping mud and obstacle course out there.
It’s returning for the THIRD time to the UAE at the Hamdan Sports Complex. This ultimate challenge is going to test your physical strength, stamina and mental grit.
It’s happening on Friday, December 7 and Saturday December 8 this year
The course is open to all fitness levels
The obstacles are all about team work. (Sign up as part of a team or meet people along the way – you’ll help each other through the course.) It’s not a race against the clock – challenge yourself to complete the course and have some fun along the way!
This course is brand-new, so we’re talking 10 kilometers of more mud, more water – and most importantly, MORE thrilling new obstacles
Of course, all your favourites from the last two years will be making a return as well
There’s also the mysterious ‘The Vault’ that’s yet to be announced – four favourite obstacles from the 2016 edition that will return this year!
The Everest 2.0 challenges you to summit the mighty mountain, but there’s no guaranteeing you won’t end up at the bottom
A little shock never hurt anyone, right? The Electroshock Therapy is what awaits you at the end of the course – a field of dangling wires that delivers 10,000 volts
You’ll have to get your feet wet as you struggle through 60 feet of rotating barriers in WATER
Get your hands (and possibly everything else) dirty as you cross pits full of mud in the Mud Mile 2.0
There’s also du Mini Mudder for the young adventure seekers
Let the kids join in the fun with one-and-a-half-kilometers mud run newly designed for children ages 7 – 13. du Mini Mudder is the PERFECT way to get your kids outdoors and learn teamwork while having fun.

The important bits
du Tough Mudder will take place on Friday, December 7 and Saturday, December 8.
The obstacle course will take place within the grounds surrounding the Hamdan Sports Complex.
Anyone over age 14 can take part in du Tough Mudder (participants between the ages of 14 to 18 years must be accompanied by an adult over the age 18)
Children between the ages of 7 to 13 years can take part in du Mini Mudder.
Make sure you train properly before du Tough Mudder.
