The Els Club Is Pulling Out All The Stops With A WHOLE Month Of Festivities In December
Because celebrating the festive season for just five days is passé.
The sprawling Els Club in Dubai Sports City is going ALL out with fun-filled events by having not five, not 10…but a FULL month of celebrations starting from December 2.
From theme nights to a Christmas market, National Day celebrations to an NYE bash…you name it, it’s all there!
It’s the perfect opportunity for the entire family to come together and be a part of a series of delightful events and experiences all throughout the month of December.
Everything is going down at their signature restaurants- 261 and Big Easy Bar & Grill, and at the Atrium of the Els Club
Whether you’re looking for a quiet night with family or a lively night out with friends there are tons of options that will please everyone…and especially your pocket!
Here’s a rundown of all the events:
1. National Day
All UAE Nationals get a 60% discount on all food and beverages on December 2, all day throughout the Els Club.
2. Turkey Take Away
This one’s a STEAL. You get to order an 8kg turkey with all the trimmings and pick it up from 261 on the requested day and time. It’s available to order from December 3 to December 26 for AED695 per package.
3. Christmas Tree Lighting
Think live carol singers, complimentary mulled drink, mince pies and a visit from Santa. It’s happening on Thursday, December 13 at the Atrium from 7pm to 9pm and is totally FREE.
4. Christmas Market
Plenty of activities including Christmas treats, arts & crafts, face painting, festive games and Santa’s Grotto have been planned by the club on Friday, December 14 from 1pm to 7pm at the Atrium. Kids can also post their letters to Santa into the “North Pole Post Box” and receive a special gift.
5. Christmas Dinner
The club is going all out with this five course menu showcasing some lip-smacking festive dishes alongside a selection of house drinks, and great deals on premium drinks for all in attendance.
The dinner is on Wednesday, December 19 from 7pm at Big Easy Bar & Grill for AED350 including drinks and AED150 for food only.
6. All Day Happy Hour
On Sunday, December 23, it’s happy hour all day at 261.
7. Chef’s Christmas Set Menu
A delish Christmas menu alongside a glass of chilled bubbly is exactly our idea of a delightful Christmas eve dinner. It’s happening at Big Easy Bar & Grill on Monday, December 24 from 6pm to 10pm for AED175 per person.
8. Christmas Brunch
Nothing like a cheerful X-mas brunch with your family to start the best day of the year. From 12.30pm to 3.30pm on Tuesday, December 25 at Big Easy for AED 495 (bubbly), AED435 (drinks), AED295 (soft) and AED95 for kids aged five to 11.
9. Christmas Family Roast
A hearty spread to celebrate the true spirit of Christmas with your family sounds like quite a plan. The event is on Tuesday, December 25 from 12.30pm to 3.30pm at 261 and Atrium for AED375 (house beverages), AED195 (soft) and AED95 for kids.
10. Boxing Day BBQ
Relax and unwind with the family after the festivities of the day before. Enjoy a Boxing Day BBQ on Wednesday, December 26 from 6pm at 261 and Atrium for AED149 (food only) and AED299 (drinks package), along with both a la carte and a special kids menu.
11. Black and White New Year
This one is a cracker of an event!
You get to ring in New Year’s Eve at the Big Easy in truly memorable style. To start with a welcome glass of bubbly, cocktails and canapes await on the terrace before you move to the Big Easy for a relaxing evening with sumptuous six course menu and fantastic beverages whilst enjoying live entertainment. Round off the evening with cigars on the terrace and an exquisite late-night dessert- all of this for AED595 (sparkling), AED475 (house beverages) AED295 (soft) and AED125 (kids aged five to11) from 7pm to 1am on Monday, December 31.
12. New Year’s Day BBQ Brunch
How can you not celebrate the first day of 2019 by going for a brunch…
Enjoy a lazy brunch on the terrace of 261 while your kids get down with all the entertainment and fun activities planned by the club. Just what you needed to nurse the headache that normally ensues the following day after a night of fun, no?
Tuesday, January 1 at 261 and Atrium from 1pm to 4pm for AED149 (food and soft drinks).
