Dubbed ‘The King of Indian Cuisine’, Masala Library is a modern exploration of traditional Indian cooking. Every dish comes beautifully presented, a contemporary representation of dishes Kalra and his son discovered in kitchens across India, bringing new life to old dishes.

And you can expect a unique set-menu which promises to be a variety of sensational Indian cuisine.
Your journey starts with a dates granola amuse-bouche, before you venture into mushroom chai soup, melon caviar and tandoori lamb chops (non-veg) while veggies can look forward to one of the menu highlights, a crisp banana, asparagus pepper, and leaf curry challi… and that’s just for starters!
For mains, whet your appetite with jhol butter masala and chicken lahor (non-veg), and korma masala garam, kofta chestnut water crusted almond (veg). Plus, a wholeee lot more.
