120 recipes from past show champions were painstakingly whittled down to just 36 dishes by Head Chef Margarita Vaamonde-Beggs and the final menu has just been revealed.
The following will whet your appetite for the glorious culinary journey that awaits; think venison loin rubbed with chilli and coffee or a Mauritian warm octopus salad, that’s served as a poached and charred octopus tentacle, fennel, onion and tomato salad with mango fluid gel.
