Go On A Dreamy Michelin-Rated Dinner Date At This Well-Known Palm Restaurant

Avatar

The night skies, glistening stars and romantic backdrop of Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort is a force to be reckoned with. Pair that up with delicious dishes cooked to perfection, desserts prepared by world-class Michelin Chef Chris Naylor, and you’re on your way to having the perfect evening.

For two exclusive days, Chef Naylor will take guests on a gastronomic journey like no other that will genuinely test tastebuds. What fun!

Foodies need to mentally prepare for a feast as he creates a specially-curated dinner at Bushman’s Bar and Restaurant on Thursday, November 7 and impresses folks with a live cooking station at brunch the following day, Friday, November 8.

Forget everything, this is THE dinner of dreams

Chef Chris Naylor will curate an impeccable menu from his usual serves from top restaurants like Le Cirque, La River and Voissius

So if you fancy yourself a Michelin-starred and ultra-‘grammable dining session, this one’s NOT to miss.

UK-native, Chef Chris Naylor, who learned his tricks of the trade from the prestigious Albert Roux in London and Amsterdam and Chef Robert Kranenbe, is known for adding a quirky twist to beloved dishes.

Vegans and vegetarians will especially appreciate the fact that last year he was honoured the ‘Best Vegetable Chef’ by Gault&Millau; meaning you can only imagine the veggie dishes you’ll expect to savour. One will also get to enjoy a fantastic array of seafood and meat dishes, a staple of Naylor’s, like Scallop in the shell, baked in bread, fermented pump and celeriac jus or the roasted and braised veal blade.

Talk about food-gasm.

November is for birthdays (and brunches, or both!)

November, the month of never-ending birthdays.

No seriously, how many Scorpios do we have in this world? Because you might come to realise that this month is pretty event-packed. An alternative birthday plan for the group that loves to dine is the live cooking station at brunch where Chef Naylor will showcase how he makes his signature dishes. Fridays are for brunch, and a sweet drive to Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort is well-worthy of your time, not just because of the limitless amount of food but the vivid set-up of this incredible location.

Mark this weekend down, it’s definitely a good one.

Book your seats for the dinner and brunch (highly advised!)

Slots for both the dinner and brunch will probably be limited, so it’s best to book ahead.

The dinner set at Bushman’s Bar and Restaurant will set you back AED395 for food, while The Fork and Cork Brunch at Crescendo starts at AED365 per person, including soft drinks.
