Sharjah EF Is On Next Week And There Are PLENTY Of Reasons To Attend

Sharjah EF – or Sharjah Entrepreneurship Festival is on VERY soon and is going to be an absolute cracker of an event. 

As the largest entrepreneurship festival in the UAE, this two-day event will have all things entrepreneurial, with business development, networking, workshops and LOADS more. 

Here are a few of the best bits you want to look out for. 

1. There will be plenty of high-profile speakers 

Including the founder and chairman of Emaar, and founder of noon.com, Mohammed Alabbar, as well as the co-founder of Careem, Magnus Olsson, Joy Farouni – the founder of Fetchr courier service, the founder and CEO of crowd-funding company, Beehive – Craig Moore and LOADS more. 

2. Epic workshops 

Hone and develop your skills with myriad workshops happening throughout the two-day festival. 

3. Start-up town 

About 60 start-ups will be exhibiting their businesses at Sharjah EF, and entering a pitch competition in a bid to win US$40,000 to contribute to their companies.

4. Loads of food trucks – thanks to TruckersDXB

Keep your belly full with one of the UAE’s favourite food-truck gatherings – TruckersDXB. Popping up at the event, you can choose from a huge host of delicious offerings. 

5. ALL the networking 

Meet like-minded individuals, growing businesses, potential mentors and plenty more interesting people all throughout the two days. 

You’ll get connected with inspirational people, can get great advice and information and hopefully learn something! 

6. Live music 

Enjoy tunes throughout the festival, thanks to Green Room. There will be live performances by some of the UAE’s leading musical talent, including Hamza Hawsawi, As Per Casper, Stephon Lamar and LOADS more. 

7. Yoga

If you’re feeling a bit strung out from working so hard, Rise Fitness Boutique is on-hand to help. There will be yoga and hip hop classes throughout the festival to help people unwind and rebalance.
