LSN UP: There Are FREE Fitness Activities Happening At The Pointe At Palm Jumeirah This Saturday

Gone are the days when trying all sorts of sports and fitness activities against the dreamiest backdrops would cost you an arm and a leg.

The Pointe at Palm Jumeirah is hosting an exciting line-up of weekend sports and fitness activities and they are completely free to attend

You know, in case you needed that boost to meet your new year fitness goals - think yoga, Zumba, Kangoo Jumps, CrossFit, Pound workouts, boxing, and MORE for an entire weekend.

The Fitness Party will be held at the event plaza at The Pointe and will take place from 4.30pm to 7.30pm on February 9.

And they will be featuring group workouts and invigorating exercise routines including CrossFit training, boxing, Kangoo Jumps, Pound and Zumba

The theme looks pretty epic

The Fitness Party, which will be held on the event plaza, will feature fitness group workouts and invigorating exercise routines including yoga, CrossFit training, boxing, Kangoo Jumps, Pound, Zumba and more.

Also, those participating will be guided by MAJOR fitness gurus and yoga experts from Dubai’s leading studios including Jed Latabe, Pinpoint Fitness, Fit Box Gym, and Kangoo Jump.

Important details -

February 9 - 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm

PS - Participants must bring a yoga mat, activewear and appropriate footwear to participate in all sessions.

Schedule: Kangoo Emirates Club will be hosting free Kangoo Jumps classes from 3:40 pm to 5:30 pm; Pinpoint CrossFit will be hosting free classes from 5:30 pm to 6:00 pm; Fitbox Gym will be hosting free boxing classes from 6:00 pm to 6: 30 pm; and MasterJedai will be hosting a Pound Workout from 5: 30 pm to 6: 30 pm and then a Zumba Neon Party from 6: 30 pm to 7: 30 pm.
