A one-day wellness festival, supported by the Year of Tolerance in Dubai, called the Dhyantnotsav Festival, wants to teach residents how the practice of meditation can be adapted to ANYONE’s daily life, adding to the value of it.

Learn to meditate and change your life with simple lessons from professionals, longtime gurus and holistic health experts. The free event is hosted by Heartfulness and Lycan events in Dubai and is also an initiative of Sahaj Marg Spirituality Foundation.
All these organisations believe that people need to find inner peace and calm to reduce the daily stress of today’s busy, loud world. Since it is also the month of fitness, thanks to the city’s great efforts in ensuring the motivation for residents to stay fit is intact with the Dubai Fitness Challenge taking place one-month long, this is the perfect time to get your learning going.

Social media know him for being a well-respected holistic health and lifestyle coach, the inspiring Luke Coutinho is coming to Dubai JUST for this event and this is your chance to learn from him, up-close and personal. Truly educate yourself with realistic, no marketing bull, and full-proof ways to step on the path to good health.
Coutinho has come up with his own four personal pillars of good health: getting quality sleep, eating a balanced diet, detoxifying emotionally and getting adequate exercise.

Whether you’re a student, government staff, entrepreneur, a university student- everyone and anyone above the age of 14 can start their meditation sessions at Heartfulness UAE’s event. Everyone taking part in the meditation practices are also encouraged to bring their own fitness watch (if you have it, no pressure!) so you can record your heart rate pre and post-meditation.
