5 Reasons Why Paddy’s Day At McGettigan’s Is The Most Irish Party Happening Outside Of Ireland
With St. Patrick’s Day looming (March 17th, stick it in your diary), everyone in Dubai is gearing up to celebrate, and we are absolutely deLIGHTED it falls on a Friday this year (because Saturday is Six Nations day and recovery day all in one).
And this year, our favourite Irish haunt is pulling out all the stops to celebrate the Irish National holiday in a very big way.
Here are five reasons why Paddy’s Day at McGettigan’s is the most Irish place to be:
1. Expect everything GREEN inside each McGettigan’s branch
Just as you would expect from a St. Paddy’s celebration in the streets of Dublin, McGettigan’s is following the green theme. From the vibrant green lights, staff uniforms, logos, blankets, the interior design of the bars all the way down to their celebratory cake designs, it’s all part of the signature Irish feel. And you are MORE than welcome to don some of your finest green threads on the big day.
2. There’s live music at all McGettigan’s venues across the city
This is the seventh time McGett’s are celebrating Paddy’s, so rest assured they know exactly how to pull off some mega parties. This year you can party at either JLT, Madinat Jumeirah, DWTC or the Abu Dhabi branch. Expect live music across ALL venues, with the same amazing brunch deal available at each: a four hour unlimited food and drinks package from 12.30 – 4.30pm.
There’s a breakfast bap and pint deal for just AED50 available to line the stomach at all venues too.
3. Anyone who’s anyone is at McGettigan’s on Paddy’s Day weekend…and acting like they’re Irish
