UAE Have JUST Beaten Japan To Keep The Dream Of Qualifying For Russia 2018 Alive!
You get the feeling that something is beginning to happen for the UAE in Football. They have progressed further in the qualification round for the 2018 FIFA World Cup which will take place in Russia. The only time they were in the tournament was over 20 years ago. Today, in the first game of the second group stage, they have beaten a strong Japan team, 2-1, away from home to jointly top the group. Their next match is against Australia in Abu Dhabi on Tuesday. This is what they need to do to qualify.
