The Full Aladdin Trailer Has Finally Dropped And Middle East Twitter Has Done A Complete 180
It’s finally here!
The trailer for the highly publicised 2019 remake of Disney’s Aladdin has been released.
This is the movie that stars Will Smith as the genie, Naomi Scott as Princess Jasmine and Egyptian born Canadian actor Mena Massoud as the one-and-only Aladdin, castings which caused much debate when the original teaser shots were released.
But fans have done a complete 180 following the release of the 2.14 clip: The colours look vivid, the chemistry looks genuine and Will Smith is his charming self
Twitter has reacted
There was much debate when the images were first teased, but the majority reaction to the trailer is positive
The new Aladdin trailer looks way better than the teaser. I’m liking Will Smith too, even tho his CGI version Genie is still clunky.https://t.co/1e1DJAVfYn

And people are still suggesting other actors for the role
Loved it but always felt that Ali Zafar as Aladdin & Priyanka/Deepika as Jasmine would have been the perfect cast!

You’ll need to wait ’til May 24 for the full release
