Shocking footage of the moment a five-year-old dangling for a third floor building was saved by Egyptian police has been released.
The boy was dangling from the balcony of a third-floor apartment in Assiut Governorate, south of Cairo and according to The Ministry of Internal Affairs in Cairo, it was police officers Kamil Fathi Jaid, Hassan Sayed Ali and Sabri Mahrous Ali who remarkably saved the boy from what could have been a fatal fall.
They were preparing to use a rug, but one officer managed to stop the fall
The officers have been described as heroes
The boy was unharmed, while one officer, Kamil Fathi was injured and transferred to Asiut Police Hospital for treatment.
