Footage showing a grand daughter of HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai releasing an 80-year-old turtle into the ocean is going viral.

According to her mother Sheikha bin Mohammed bin Rashid via an Instagram post, the turtle had been recovered from a disastrous situation and the animal welfare organisation had named the turtle 'Sheema' after the ruler of Dubai's grand-daughter.

'Today Sheema released an 80 year old turtle after recovering it from a disasterous situation. The animal welfare org named her "Sheema" after my daughter, which really meant a lot to us. I wish we see her come back again to lay its eggs on the shore with a healthy condition.'
