Dubai Based Filipino Completely Wows The X-Factor Judges And She’s Already A Big Fan Favourite
Ivy Grace Paredes, originally from the Philippines but currently residing in Dubai entered the X-Factor for the second year in a row. This time, she left the judges, applauding. Ivy sang Whitney Houston’s All The Man That I Need and Simon Cowell, Nicole Scherzinger, Sharon Osbourne and Louis Walsh were in shock by a mesmerizing performance. Ivy is a 33 year single-mum who used to preform at Dubai’s Comedy Junction.

This is the audition phase as contestants compete to be selected for the ‘bootcamp’ round. The video has been viewed almost half a million times on YouTube since airing on September 11th.
Doing it for her daughter
“For me, I believe this is the biggest competition and I want to be a part of it. And (The) X Factor (UK) can give me the stepping stones I need to do good in the future because this is all for my daughter.”
