Dubai has always been a multi cultural community that consists of individuals from all around the world. Every nation is celebrated in the UAE, so there was quite a bit of a celebration for Philippines Independence Day.
If you’ve lived in Dubai then you know how the community comes together to celebrate every country. The Philippines Independence Day was on June 12, 2019.
Quite a few events happened in the UAE with regards to the independence day, Dubai Festival City hosted a light and laser show in honor of the 121st Philippines National Day.
Dubai always brings together people from different communities

Lovin Dubai explores with the people of Philippines while they celebrate the freedom that was given to them 121 years ago. The event took place at Dubai World Trade Centre, Zabeel hall. They aspire to inspire individuals from other communities as well to come together and proudly represent their nation.
The Filipino community celebrations were all about tolerance, acceptance, welcoming of each other’s diverse cultures and heritages.
Traditional dances were prepared as a way of representing the Philippines culture. The theme of the celebration was to keep overseas Filipinos proud of their culture and country.
