That’s the message Abu Dhabi Police are promoting by posting this video, which shows a car on a busy highway in Abu Dhabi drive straight for a speed barrier and hit it directly at top speeds.
The vehicle then loses control, hurtles towards oncoming traffic and veers off the motorway.
The title “the danger of using your phone while driving” by AD Police confirms this incident was the result of a driver using their phone and also proves this horrific and shocking accident was entirely avoidable. We’re just hoping no one was seriously injured.
