1. The monthly Cigna Park Run starts THIS weekend
Running season is back and marking this monthly running session down is a fun way to get into tip-top shape. The run, which is organised by worldwide health services organisation Cigna, is a timed run so a brilliant way to track your pace. There is a big community spirit at this one – don’t miss it!
Choose either the 2.5km or 5km run. This is open to all ages and abilities.
