1. The Lovin Dubai Cruise sets sail EVERY Saturday

How good does a Saturday cruise on a mega yacht sound with all your food and drinks sorted?

2. The Lovin Dubai Christmas Jumper Party at McGettigan’s THIS THURSDAY

3. Sign the kiddies up to a Fun Robotics course

If the kids need something to do this (or any) week – sign them up to a super cool Robotics and science course at Fun Robotics! There are winter camps happening throughout December – one is kicking off on Sunday!

Kids can learn about artificial intelligence (AI), robotics, drones, coding, engineering and PLENTY more. There’s something to suit kids from seven years and up. They’ll have a HOOT.

4. Spinneys Dubai 92 cycle challenge takes off

It’s here! After multiple build up rides, one of Dubai’s most popular cycling events takes place on December 14. This a highly -anticipated race for all involved.

Road closures begin at 5.30am on Friday morning and will open, at the latest, at 10am – more info here

5. Check out a new pub – the Duck Hook is open for business!

This family-friendly themed pub is a lovely spot for you and your mates for a pre-Christmas or Christmas dinner.

The newly-opened gastropub is located at Dubai Hills Golf Club, it serves up a mix of hearty British fayre and crafted drinks and if you’re looking for a traditional roast – look for further!

6. Shaggy is coming to BASE on Thursday

Oh YES – the man behind “Boombastic”, “It Wasn’t Me”, and “Angel” is coming to BASE for what could only be an amazing gig!

7. Get pampered for the holidays!

8. The Beach Club Polo Cup Dubai is back

Under the patronage of HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum Crown Prince of Dubai, the event will take place at Skydive Dubai on December 13 and 14 in a purposefully built polo arena.

This is one of the great sporting events in Dubai where you don’t even need to now much about the sport and you can still enjoy it – and everyone’s invited to join!
