3. Dubai Fitness Challenge is kicking off
YES!
The city wide fitness challenge begins on Friday, October 26 and there is SO much going on.
This year there’ll be five themed villages running for 26 days and a total of 3,000 classes and 40 fitness events including Dubai International Triathlon, The Color Run and Yogafest (more info here) taking place throughout the month….try to keep up!

4. Core Beats is back: Free beach yoga and fitness concert at Club Vista Mara
The hugely popular Core Beats is back. Dust off your kit for a super-fun beach yoga class where hundreds of attendees rock up to finish off Saturday in zen style.

6. Foodies: Get yourself down to the BiCE Grill Fest
This is a six-day grill event that takes place in BiCE Gardens and if you love meat, you’ll love this!
