Ziplining In The UAE – Here Are 4 Epic Rides You Absolutely Need To Try

Avatar

Feeling like a hit of adrenaline?

Then look no futher than the shores of the UAE, where both the world’s longest zipline AND the world’s longest urban zipline call home.

There are also a couple of adventure parks offering courses; so if you’re contemplating the Jebel Jais monster zipline, but want to test the waters first, number four and number two below will set you on your way.

4. Feel like Tarzan at Aventura – The Nature Adventure Park

If you love adventure and you HAVEN’T checked out Mushrif Park’s popular adventure course yet, do it NOW!

Dubai’s very own rope-climbing, tree surfing outdoor adventure course has 85 challenges and an unreal tree-top zip-line course…you’ll feel like Tarzan! This is perfect for solo trips or team-bonding experiences (the minimum age is 6 years old)

3. Zipline over the Dubai Marina on XDubai’s XLine

Glide like a bird over the stunning Dubai Marina on the world’s longest urban zipline.

Launch from 170metres up, reach speeds of up to 60km/hour and ride a full kilometre while ticking this adrenaline junkie’s dream off your bucket list.

(Riders must be between 12 to 65 years of age, taller than 130cm, weigh 50 to 100kg and in good medical health to ride)

How much? AED600 for a solo trip AED1200 for two

Needless to say…it’s pretty terrifying

2. A ziplining course at Wadi Adventure Al Ain

The park that boasts an absolutely whopper (so good you won’t believe it’s manmade) rafting route also has a zipline course overhead.

Soar over Wadi’s lakes by zipline. While you’re there, there’s loads more aerial based activities for you to unleash your inner monkey including an air park, climbing wall, surf spot, wake boarding and more.

1. Visit RAK and take on the world’s longest zipline

The ToroVerde launched this year and people from all over the world will visit the northernmost emirate to give it spin.

The Jebel Jais flight is 1,860 metres above the ground and reaches speeds of 150 km/hour.

The whole activity takes about an hour and the views from Jebel Jais, the UAE’s highest mountain are worth the belly-leaping fear.
