For all those who really aren’t about that dorm life but study at AUD or Knowledge Village, TECOM has become one of the most ideal spots for students due to its prices, the community, and how close it is to get to campus from there.

The greatest part of being in Tecom, honestly.

With absolutely almost no traffic lights around the small sized community, everyone is always constantly moving at a fast pace – steering away from cars piling up on top of each other trying to get home…Business Bay, we’re looking at you.

But the roundabouts aren’t everyone’s ideal dream.

9. Sing ya heart out

If you haven’t been yet, make sure to run the heck over!

This cool Karaoke spot is located at the Grand Millennium and they have one of the best (and sound proof) pods ever, making it the perfect place to sing your lungs out.
