Waxing In Dubai Is Back! But Salons Must Follow Strict Policies

Gyms are back, beaches are back… but the one your upper lip has been so dearly waiting for?

Brace yourself folks: Waxing in Dubai is bacccckkkkkk.

The hair-removal service is once again permitted at Dubai salons, but there are strict guidelines salons must adhere to.

Waxing services started back on May 27:  Salons are permitted to operate at 50% capacity for all services excluding spa, sauna, Moroccan hammam/ bath or massages.

Book your trip in advance

Best check with your salon in advance to ensure they are providing the service you’re looking for. Both Tips N Toes and N Bar have confirmed they are offering waxing services.

READ: UAE Nightly Curfew Extends To 10pm – 6am From Saturday (This Excludes Dubai)

The UAE has announced that an extended curfew timing throughout the UAE will begin from Saturday, May 30. However, this revised timing excludes Dubai.

The Ministry stated via Twitter this evening: a lockdown from 10pm to 6am will begin from Saturday until further notice. Supermarkets and pharmacies will continue to operate 24 hrs.
