Crews Are Standing By To Help Transport The Former World’s Heaviest Woman In Abu Dhabi
The woman who used to weigh 500kg is currently en route to Abu Dhabi for treatment at Burjeel Hospital in the capital.
Eman, the Egyptian national, underwent bariatric surgery to help lose weight in India – and managed to shed 318kg.
Specialty crews in Abu Dhabi are awaiting her flight on Egypt Air, to help transport her from the airport to the hospital, which is in the city centre.
A specialty ambulance, with Abu Dhabi Police escorts will ferry Eman to the hospital to keep her stable and safe during transit.
She is expected to arrive around 8.30pm.
