Emirates Crew Travel Across Dubai To Spread Diwali Joy And It’s The Most Uplifting Thing You’ll See Today

Today the world celebrates Diwali, the Hindu religious festival of lights by lighting diya, (lamps) hanging lights, fireworks, sweets, family meals, gifts and more. The holiday symbolises the victory over darkness and good over evil and is celebrated every Autumn.

Dubai will light up with fireworks in parts of the city this evening and Emirates shared its own suitably uplifting Diwali video.

The Dubai based airline created its very own Diwali mithai truck and travelled to different parts of the city to share Diwali desserts with residents – it’s so sweet!
