Jumeirah Village Circle Will Get A Mall And A Community Club But Residents Have To Wait
By now you know that Jumeirah Village Circle is getting a mall – The Circle Mall. It will have around 235 shops retailing fashion, electronics and home stuff, and there will be loads of dining options. The three-floor mall will also have a multi-screen cinema, a family entertainment centre and Spinneys supermarket. But the project won’t be completed until next year.
And now, developer Nakheel is adding a community club to the roof of The Circle Mall
We’re talking facilities such as a pool with a sundeck, 300-seater restaurant, two tennis courts, a gym and landscape gardens. All these spots offer views of the main community park. Unlike the mall, this is due to open in 2018. Yep, a two-year wait! In the mean time residents can enjoy the community’s 33 landscaped parks which feature jogging tracks and children’s play areas.
