Dubai’s Civil Defence received a call regarding the kitten and they immediately appeared to rescue just moments later
The kitten had fallen into a 7-meter well with a restricted 15cm diameter opening and surrounded by sand. The rescuers pushed in a pipe to provide ventilation for the cat and to prevent the sand from falling, and the cat was then gently picked up by a rope tied around it.
The operation took two hours but ended in great success.

This isn’t the first time that Dubai has shown great humility towards not just humans but animals lives too
During the Torch Tower fires, this cat(along with other pets) was not left behind.
This lady was also presented with a new fur-baby after she lost hers in a fire
Even HH Sheikh Mohammed does not take the issue of animal abuse lightly
The men who fed a live catto two Rottweiler dogs and filmed the incident have been sentenced to clean the Dubai Zoo for four hours per day for three months.
